Match records across Scopus and Web of Science exports, keep the fuller copy of each study, and get PRISMA identification counts plus a full audit log of every duplicate removed.
1 · Import records
Web of ScienceDrop or click — .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .txt (tab-delimited)
ScopusDrop or click — .csv, .xlsx, .xls
Source is auto-detected from column headers, so a file dropped in the wrong box is still labelled correctly. Files are processed entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere.
2 · Matching rules
Tier 1 exact normalised DOI match · Tier 2 title similarity ≥ threshold with year within tolerance · Tier 3 title ≥ threshold−0.05 with matching first author surname and journal. Matches are clustered transitively, so a record found in both databases plus a duplicate entry within one database forms a single group.
